1. OVERVIEW & EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1.1 General Policy
Accessify AI offers a flexible subscription model. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Dashboard.
1.2 EU Customers: Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Consumer Law, consumers typically have a 14-day “Right of Withdrawal” for digital services.
- Waiver: By using Accessify AI (running a scan or accessing reports) immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that the service has been fully performed and you strictly waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
- Our Replacement Guarantee: In place of this statutory right, we offer a global 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee to all customers (see Section 4).
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1 Monthly Plans
- Notice: No notice required. You may cancel immediately.
- Effect: Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months. You will not be charged again, and your subscription will expire automatically at the end of the period.
2.2 Annual Plans (Billed Monthly or Upfront)
Annual plans include a 15% discount in exchange for a 12-month commitment.
- Notice Requirement: You must provide 30 days’ notice to cancel an annual commitment early.
- Early Termination: If you cancel before the 12-month term is over, you are responsible for the charges during the 30-day notice period.
- Access: Access continues through the end of the notice period.
3. PAUSE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION (Churn Prevention)
Instead of canceling, you may pause your subscription once per billing year for up to 90 days.
- Benefit: Your data, scan history, and configuration settings are preserved.
- Cost: Free. You will not be charged while the account is paused.
- How to Pause: Email support@accessify-ai.com or select “Pause Subscription” in your dashboard settings.
4. REFUND POLICY
4.1 The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are unhappy with Accessify AI for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription start date.
- Eligibility: Applies to the first month/year of service only.
- Process: Email support to request the refund.
4.2 Standard Refund Rules (After 30 Days)
- Monthly Plans: No refunds for unused partial months.
- Annual Plans: No refunds on discounted annual fees (unless we terminate the service without cause).
- Exceptions: We may grant refunds in cases of:
- Duplicate charges due to system error.
- Service downtime exceeding 48 continuous hours.
4.3 VAT & Tax Refunds (EU)
If a refund is issued, we will also refund the associated VAT/GST tax amount collected at the time of purchase.
4.4 Processing Timeline
Refunds are processed via PayPal within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
5. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & NON-PAYMENT
- Late Payments: If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge 3 times over 7 days.
- Suspension: If payment is not received after retries, your account will be automatically suspended. You will lose access to run new scans.
- Reactivation: You may reactivate your account at any time by updating your payment method and clearing outstanding dues.
6. DATA RETENTION & EXPORT (GDPR)
6.1 After Cancellation
- Access: You will retain read-only access to your historical reports for 30 days after your subscription ends.
- Export: We strongly recommend exporting your data (CSV/JSON/PDF) before your subscription expires.
6.2 Deletion
- Standard Deletion: All customer data is permanently deleted 30 days after account closure.
- Immediate Deletion (Right to Erasure): You may request immediate deletion of all your data by emailing support. We will comply within 72 hours, subject to legal billing retention requirements.
7. DISPUTES
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support@accessify-ai.com before filing a dispute with PayPal or your bank. We resolve 99% of billing errors within 24 hours.
